摘　　要：目的探讨改良锁骨钩钢板固定治疗急性肩锁关节脱位的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2021年6月我院收治的90例急性肩锁关节脱位患者,按照入组顺序分为两组各45例。对照组采用传统锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用改良锁骨钩钢板固定治疗。比较两组的手术相关指标、疼痛评分、肩关节功能。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后3 d、术后6个月的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组的喙缘间隙小于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月、术后6个月、术后12个月,观察组的Constant-Murly评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良锁骨钩钢板固定治疗急性肩锁关节脱位的效果较好,可减轻患者术后疼痛感,利于肩关节功能的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of modified clavicular hook plate fixation in the treatment of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods 90 patients with acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional clavicular hook plate internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with modified clavicular hook plate fixation.The operation related indicators,pain score and shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss amount between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores at 3 days and 6 months after surgery of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the beak margin space of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months,6 months and 12 months after surgery,the Constant-Murly scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified clavicular hook plate fixation in the treatment of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation has good effect,which can reduce the postoperative pain of patients and is conducive to the recovery of shoulder joint function.
