摘　　要：目的探讨互助式呼吸训练对高龄肺癌患者术后肺功能指标的影响。方法80例高龄肺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组给予术后常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予互助式呼吸训练,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预2周后,观察组的PEF、FEV1、FVC水平均高于对照组,术后日排痰量高于对照组,导管留置时间、总住院时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互助式呼吸训练可有效改善高龄肺癌患者的术后肺功能指标,降低并发症发生风险,促进康复。Objective To explore the impact of mutually assisted respiratory training on postoperative pulmonary function indicators of elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods 80 elderly patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery,and the observation group received mutually assisted respiratory training on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the levels of PEF,FEV1 and FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the postoperative daily sputum volume was higher than that in the control group,the catheter indwelling time and total hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mutually assisted respiratory training can effectively improve the postoperative pulmonary function indicators of elderly patients with lung cancer,reduce the occurrence risk of complications and promote rehabilitation.
