针对性护理在泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理在泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎中的应用效果。方法84例行泪道探通术治疗的泪囊炎新生儿随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理,比较两组的症状消退时间、不良反应及家属对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组的溢泪、眼部皮肤湿疹、结膜囊脓性分泌物消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为4.76%,低于对照组的21.43%(P<0.05)。观察组家属对护理服务的总满意率为95.24%,高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在新生儿泪囊炎泪道探通术治疗中的应用效果较好,可缩短患儿的症状消退时间,降低不良反应风险,且家属满意度高。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in neonatal dacryocystitis treated with probing of lacrimal drainage system.Methods 84 neonates with dacryocystitis underwent probing of lacrimal drainage system were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The symptom regression time,adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of relatives to nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results The regression time of epiphora,eye skin eczema and conjunctival sac purulent secretion in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%,lower than 21.43% in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of relatives to nursing services in the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 76.19% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing has good application effect in neonatal dacryocystitis treated with probing of lacrimal drainage system,which can shorten the symptom regression time,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and has high satisfaction degree of relatives.
