摘　　要：目的探讨团队助产护理服务在初产妇阴道分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2021年1月我院收治的80例初产妇,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用团队助产护理。比较两组的自我效能、产程及分娩结局。结果干预后,两组的结果期望(OE-16)、自我效能期望(EE-16)评分均高于干预前,且观察组的OE-16、EE-16评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的第一、第二及总产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的产后出血、妊娠并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团队助产护理服务可提升阴道分娩初产妇的自我效能,缩短产程时间,改善分娩结局。Objective To explore the application effect of team midwifery nursing service in primiparae with vaginal delivery.Methods 80 primiparae admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received team midwifery nursing.The self-efficacy,labor process and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of outcome expectation(OE-16)and self-efficacy expectation(EE-16)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the OE-16 and EE-16 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of first,second and total labor process of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of postpartum hemorrhage and pregnancy complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Team midwifery nursing service can improve the self-efficacy of primiparae with vaginal delivery,shorten the labor process duration and improve the delivery outcome.
