复合保温对全麻下肩关节镜手术患者苏醒质量及术后疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复合保温对全麻下肩关节镜手术患者苏醒质量及术后疼痛程度的影响。方法60例全麻下肩关节镜手术患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组采用常规保温护理,观察组采用复合保温护理,比较两组的麻醉复苏情况、体温及疼痛程度。结果观察组的清醒时间、插管持续时间及复苏室停留时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的体温优于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合保温可有效保证全麻下肩关节镜手术患者的体温,缩短麻醉苏醒时间,减轻疼痛,促进恢复。Objective To explore the impact of composite heat preservation on recovery quality and postoperative pain in patients underwent shoulder arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia.Methods 60 patients underwent shoulder arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine heat preservation nursing,and the observation group received composite heat preservation nursing.The anesthesia recovery,body temperature and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The awake time,intubation duration and resuscitation room staying time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the body temperature of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Composite heat preservation can effectively ensure the body temperature of patients underwent shoulder arthroscopic surgery under general anesthesia,shorten the recovery time of anesthesia,relieve pain and promote recovery.
