安宁疗护在晚期肺癌患者中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨安宁疗护在晚期肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法88例晚期肺癌患者随机分为两组各44例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予安宁疗护干预,比较两组干预前后的疼痛程度和负性情绪。结果干预1个月后,两组的VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于干预前,且观察组的VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安宁疗护可明显减轻晚期肺癌患者的疼痛状况,缓解患者的负性情绪。Objective To explore the application effect of palliative care in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 88 patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received palliative care intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain degree and negative emotions before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of intervention,the VAS scores,SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the VAS score,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Palliative care can significantly reduce the pain state and alleviate the negative emotions of patients with advanced lung cancer.
