摘 要:随着新型冠状病毒肺炎的大流行,肺力学评估和呼吸机诱导肺损伤(VILI)监测工具的需求随之增加。机械功(MP)作为一个评估VILI的新兴综合参数受到临床广泛关注。本文就MP的定义和计算公式、MP与VILI的相关性以及由此引发的保护性通气策略的相关研究进展进行综述,以期为临床避免VILI提供新视角。With the pandemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019, the need for pulmonary mechanics assessment and ventilator-induced lung injury(VILI) monitoring tools has increased. Mechanical power(MP) as an emerging comprehensive parameter for VILI evaluation has received extensive clinical attention. In this paper, the definition and calculation formula of MP, the correlation between MP and VILI, and the related research progress of protective ventilation strategies induced by MP were reviewed in order to provide a new perspective for clinical avoidance of VILI.
