摘 要:肺癌是全球恶性肿瘤中死亡率最高的癌症,血小板在肺癌的发生发展过程中具有关键作用。血小板不仅参与止血,还能产生多种物质参与肿瘤微环境的形成,并通过不同途径促进肺癌的进展。本文就血小板在肺癌中的可能作用机制、血小板及其衍生物作为肺癌诊断及预后工具的研究进展以及血小板抑制剂和血小板膜仿生纳米载体在肺癌防治中的应用前景等方面进行综述,以期深入了解血小板与肺癌的相互作用机制,为优化肺癌诊疗方案和探索新的治疗策略提供理论依据。Lung cancer is a cancer with the highest mortality rate among malignant tumors in the world, and platelets play a key role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Platelets not only participate in hemostasis, but also produce a variety of substances that participate in the formation of tumor microenvironment and promote the progression of lung cancer through different ways. In this paper, the possible mechanism of action of platelets in lung cancer, the research progress of platelets and their derivatives as diagnostic and prognostic tools in lung cancer, and the application prospect of platelet inhibitors and platelet membrane biomimetic nanocarriers in the prevention and treatment of lung cancer were reviewed in order to deeply understand the interaction mechanism between platelets and lung cancer, and to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer and exploring new therapeutic strategies.
