针对性心理护理结合运动康复改善帕金森病患者运动功能障碍的作用效果

摘　　要：目的:将针对性心理护理与运动康复联合施于帕金森病患者,对其运动功能障碍的影响分析。方法:纳入我院2020年10月~2021年3月收治的40例帕金森病患者,均分两组,分别予以常规护理以及常规护理联合针对性心理护理与康复运动,比较项目:负面情绪评分、运动功能评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果:SAS、SDS情绪评分比较,观察组患者显著更低(P<0.05);运动功能评分比较,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05;生活质量评分比较,观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对于帕金森病患者,以常规护理为基础,联合针对性心理护理与运动康复,可以显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁的负面情绪,提升患者的运动功能,让患者的生活质量更高,且对护理服务的满意度评价更高,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of Parkinson's patients on their motor dysfunction.Methods:The 40 Parkinson's patients admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to March 2021 were equally divided into two groups,and routine nursing was combined with targeted psychological nursing and rehabilitation exercise,comparing the items:negative emotion score,motor function score,quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction.Results:Comparing the SAS and SDS emotion scores,the observation group was significantly lower,P<0.05;the motor function score,the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05;the quality of life score,the observa-tion group was higher than the control group,P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with Parkinson's disease,based on routine nursing,combined with targeted psychological nursing and sports re-habilitation can significantly improve the patients'negative emotions of anxiety and depression,improve the patients'motor function,make the patients'quality of life higher,and have a higher evaluation of satisfaction with nursing services,which is worth promoting.
