摘 要:为缓解快速路交通拥堵,近年来国内各城市都开展快速路智能化建设,但大多数只重视利用匝道控制等手段限制车辆进入快速路,忽略相关地面道路交通诱导和控制问题,改善效果不明显。以苏州市西环―友新快速路改造项目为实例,梳理面向主线、匝道和多级诱导的地面交叉口的几种诱导、管控方法,提出基于协同控制诱导策略的综合提升设计方案,实现提高快速路通行效率、促进路网负载均衡的目标,为其他类似的快速路智慧化提升工程作参考和借鉴。In order to alleviate traffic congestion on expressways, many cities in China have carried out intelligent construction of expressways in recent years, but most of them only pay attention to the use of ramp control and other means to restrict vehicles to enter the expressways, ignoring the relevant ground road traffic guidance & control issues, and the improvement effect is not obvious. Taking the renovation project of the West-Ring—Youxin Expressway in Suzhou as an example, it combs out several guidance & control methods for the main line, ramp & multi-level guidance of the ground intersection, and proposes a comprehensive improvement design scheme based on the guidance strategy of collaborative control to achieve the goal of improving the traffic efficiency of the expressway and promoting the load balance of the road network, and provides reference for other similar intelligent improvement projects of the expressway.
