摘 要:西气东输一线RR压缩机组控制系统设备使用年限较为长久,控制器的冗余切换故障问题出现较为频繁,严重影响压缩机的平稳运行。本文主要以解决RR压缩机控制系统冗余切换问题为目的,通过机组控制程序分析、报警信息分析、系统运行状态诊断、系统网络优化、功能测试及资料查阅等方法,分析压缩机组冗余切换故障发生的原因,制定了控制网的优化、看门狗时间优化,对外通信连接数精减,对外通信连接路径优化,故障模块更换等优化措施,从而提升压缩机组平稳运行的可靠性。The control system equipment of RR compressor unit in the first line of West East Gas Pipeline has been used for a long time, and the redundancy switching failure of controller occurs frequently, which seriously affects the smooth operation of compressor. The purpose of this paper is to solve the redundancy switching problem of RR compressor control system. By means of unit control program analysis, alarm information analysis, system operation status diagnosis, system network optimization, function test and data review, the causes of compressor unit redundancy switching failure are analyzed. The optimization of control network,watchdog time, external communication connection number reduction, external communication connection path optimization Replacement of faulty modules and other optimization measures to improve the reliability of smooth operation of the compressor unit.
