摘 要:简述了现场总线技术的特点,介绍了现场总线技术在国内外核电厂中的应用实例,根据国内某钠冷快中子增殖堆工程设计的经验反馈,分析对比了现场总线控制系统(FCS)与集散控制系统(DCS)在系统架构、数据传输、经济性方面的差异性。现场总线控制系统在开放性、信息量、经济性等方面均具有明显趋势,但在目前的现场应用中,由于DCS前期的广泛应用,现场总线控制系统不可能完全替代集散控制系统,这两种系统将长期并行和融合使用。对DCS与FCS协调应用的各种情况下的集成方法进行了研究,最后就现场总线技术在核电厂中应用的制约因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决方案或建议。Described the characteristics of fieldbus technology, introduced the application examples of fieldbus technology in domestic and foreign nuclear power plants, According to the feedback from the engineering design experience of a sodium-cooled fast breeder reactor, the differences in system architecture, data transmission and economy between fieldbus control system(FCS) and distributed control system(DCS) analyzed and compared. Fieldbus control system has obvious trends in openness, information volume, economy and other aspects, but in the current field application, because of the extensive application of DCS in the early stage,fieldbus control system cannot completely replace the distributed control system, the two systems will be used in parallel and fusion for a long time. The integration method of DCS and FCS coordinated application in various situations is studied systematically.Finally, the restrictive factors of the application of fieldbus technology in nuclear power plant are analyzed and the corresponding solutions or suggestions are put forward.
