摘 要:为降低火力发电厂用电率、减少冬季机组运行时开式冷却水的浪费,山西鲁晋王曲发电有限责任公司(以下简称王曲电厂)对2台机组开式水泵电机(220 kW)进行了双速改造。双速改造优化了机组开式水系统的运行方式,提升了发电机组的灵活性和运行效率。单台开式水泵电机在冬季低速运行期间每天可节约电量1560 kW·h,每年冬季可节省电量费用5万元,每天减少10 t左右的水资源蒸发量。本文对火力发电厂小功率6 kV电动机双速改造的实施及取得的节能效果和经济效益进行了分析,对同类电动机进行相关改造具有一定的借鉴意义。For the sake of reducing the auxiliary power consumption rate of thermal power plants and the waste of open cooling water during the operation of units in winter,Shanxi Lujin Wangqu Power Generation Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Wangqu Power Plant)has conducted two-speed transformation on the open water pump motors(220 kW)of two units.The two-speed transformation optimizes the operation mode of the units’open water system,and improves the flexibility and operation efficiency of the generator units.During the low-speed operation in winter,a single open water pump motor can save 1,560 kW·h of electricity every day and RMB 50,000 of electric charge every winter,and reduce about 10 tons of water evaporation per day.This paper analyzes the implementation,energy-saving effect and economic benefits of the twospeed transformation of 6 kV motors in the thermal power plant,which has useful reference for the relevant transformation of similar motors.
