摘 要:目的:构建危重症患儿肠内营养喂养不耐受过程评估指标。方法:采用文献内容分析法、专家座谈及德尔菲法汇集并筛选危重症患儿肠内营养过程中喂养不耐受的评估指标、判断标准及测量方法。结果:经过专家座谈及两轮德尔菲法专家函询,共形成了包含7项评估指标、8条对应的判断标准与11条测量方法的危重症患儿喂养不耐受过程评估指标。结论:本研究形成的危重症患儿喂养不耐受过程评估指标具有科学性、实用性及临床可操作性,可为临床医护人员尽早识别危重症患儿喂养不耐受提供科学的评估工具。Objective:To construct process assessment indexes for feeding intolerance during enteral nutrition in critically ill children.Methods:The literature search,expert consultation and the Delphi method were used to collect and screen the assessment items,judgment criteria and measurement methods of feeding intolerance during enteral nutrition in critically ill children.Results:After expert discussion and two rounds of Delphi method expert consultation,the feeding intolerance assessment indexes for critically ill children was developed,consisting of 7 assessment items,8 corresponding criteria and 11 measures.Conclusions:The assessment indexes of feeding intolerance in critically ill children formed in this study is scientific,practical and clinically operable,and can provide a scientific assessment tool for clinical medical staff to identify feeding intolerance in critically ill children as soon as possible.
