摘 要:新疆106煤矿开采7煤层存在二次氧化威胁,自燃危险性大大增强。为探究氧化程度对煤自燃特性的影响,选取1703工作面不粘煤,对原煤和预氧化(70,120℃)煤样开展程序升温和差式扫描量热(DSC)试验,分析氧化煤样的气态产物及热释放规律,并采用Coats-Redfern法计算表观活化能。结果表明:在低温阶段(30~100℃),氧化煤的气体产物、耗氧速率、最大放热强度明显高于原煤。煤温高于100℃后,预氧化120℃煤样的反应减缓,各项参数均低于原煤,其中C2H4与C2H6分别在110℃和130℃后低于原煤。此外,随着氧化温度的升高,煤样的DSC曲线峰值增大并向高温区域略微偏移,特征温度范围缩小,放热时间缩短,释放热量增多。对低温及放热阶段进行动力学分析,发现预氧化温度越高,煤样的表观活化能值越低。试验结果揭示了不同氧化程度煤样的自燃特性,对该矿煤火灾害防治提供了基础和参考。In Xinjiang 106 Coal Mine, 7 coal seam is threatened by multiple oxidations and the spontaneous combustion risk is greatly enhanced.To investigate the influence of oxidation degree on coal spontaneous combustion characteristics, the coal sample of 1703 working face in 106 coal mine was taken as the object.The raw coal and pre-oxidation coal samples(70 ℃,120 ℃)were tested by temperature-programmed and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The gaseous products and heat release of coal with different oxidation degrees were analyzed and apparent activation energy was obtained by Coats-Redfern method.The results show that the content of gas products, oxygen consumption rate and maximum heat release intensity of coal samples pre-oxidation at 70 ℃ are apparently higher than those of raw coal during the low temperature range of 30~100 ℃.While all the parameters of coal samples pre-oxidation at 120 ℃ performs lower than that of raw coal as temperature rises to 100 ℃.The concentration of C2H4and C2H6is lower than that of raw coal at 110 ℃ and 130 ℃,respectively.Furthermore, as the oxidation temperature increases, the peak value of DSC curves increases and slightly shifts to the high temperature region, the characteristic temperature range reduces, the exothermic reaction time shortens, and the total heat released increases.At the low temperature and exothermic stage, the higher the pre-oxidation temperature is, the lower the apparent activation energy shows.The results reveal the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion with different oxidation degrees, and provide a basis and reference for the prevention and control of coal fire disasters in this mine.
