摘  要:为研究IEC火花试验装置的影响因素,建立IEC火花试验装置放电间隙电压、电流数学模型,得到有效点燃能量表达式。在此基础上,利用Fluent软件建立IEC火花试验装置中钨丝与镉盘放电间隙模型,采用UDF编程模块模拟钨丝向镉盘运动过程,并设置计算出的放电间隙有效点燃能量及其相关参数,仿真模拟有效点燃能量、点火半径、电极材质3个因素对电火花引燃甲烷/空气混合气体的影响。结果表明:点火半径不变的情况下,钨电极在运动至电火花之前,温度有短暂上升并保持不变,当与火花接触后会瞬间吸收大量热量,通过仿真计算电火花能量在钨电极上的损耗占有很大比重;得到不同电容值对应的最小点火半径,最小点火半径随着电容值的增大逐渐减小,并拟合出最小点火半径与有效点燃能量之间的函数关系式。In order to study the influence factors of the initiation of methane/air mixture in IEC safety spark test apparatus, the mathematical model of spark discharge gap voltage and current was established and the effective ignition energy expression was obtained.On this basis, the Fluent software was used to establish the discharge gap model between tungsten wire and cadmium disk in IEC safety spark test apparatus.Then UDF programming module was used to simulate the motion of tungsten wire to cadmium disk, and the calculated effective ignition energy and the related parameters were achieved.Finally, the effects of effective ignition energy, ignition radius and electrode material on the ignition of methane/air mixture by electric spark were simulated.The results indicate: when the ignition radius is constant, the temperature of tungsten electrode rises briefly before moving to the spark and remains unchanged;when the tungsten electrode is in contact with spark, it will instantly absorb a large amount of heat.Through simulation calculation, the loss of spark energy on tungsten electrode occupies a large proportion.The minimum ignition radius corresponding to different capacitance values is obtained.The minimum ignition radius decreases with the increase of capacitance values, and the function relation between the minimum ignition radius and effective ignition energy is fitted.
