摘　　要：目的研究支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)患儿血清microRNA-532-5p、IL-6的表达,并探讨其相关性。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月哮喘患儿48例和30名健康儿童作为对照。使用荧光定量PCR检测分析microRNA-532-5p的水平,使用ELISA检测血清IL-6的表达。结果microRNA-532-5p在哮喘儿童血清中呈现低表达,与IL-6存在相关性,并与儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)分值存在相关性。结论microRNA-532-5p可能与哮喘发病机理有关,并可能变为哮喘的诊断生物标志物或治疗靶标。Objective This study aims to study the expression of serum microRNA-532-5p and IL-6 in children with Bronchial Asthma(BA),and to explore their correlation.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,48 children with BA and 30 healthy children were selected as controls.In the study,the level of microRNA-532-5p was detected and analyzed by fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the expression of serum IL-6 was examined by ELISA.Results The expression of microRNA-532-5p in BA children′s serum was down-regulated.In addition,microRNA-532-5p has positive correlation with IL-6.Conclusion This study shows that microRNA-532-5p and IL-6 may be related to the pathogenesis of BA,and may become therapeutic targets or diagnostic biomarkers of BA.
