摘 要:为进一步掌握美日海上执法平台发展特点,研究了美日主要的海上执法平台现役数量、类型及服役年份等基本信息。通过统计分析,日本船舶服役数量具有跳跃性、间断性、渐进性和正态性,且不同类型平台服役时间不同步、发展策略不一致;美国船舶服役呈现3个活跃期,且执法平台类型少、服役时间跨度长。相比日本,美国更重较小型号船舶发展和老旧型号的革新改造。In order to further grasp the characteristics of the development of maritime law enforcement platforms in the United States and Japan,such basic information as the number,types and years of service of the major maritime law enforcement platforms in the United States and Japan is studied.Through the statistical analysis,in Japan,the number of ships in service is with the characteristics of leap,intermittent,gradual progress and normality.Furthermore,the service times of different platforms are not synchronized.The development strategies for different platforms are not same.While in US,there are three active phases for the ships in service,and the law enforcement platforms are limited to a few types and has long service time span.Compared with Japan,the United States more emphasizes on the development of smaller models of ships and the renovation of older models.
