摘　　要：上海国际航运中心深化发展不仅是顺应时代变化、服务国家战略、促进贸易增长,更是巩固航运中心建设已有优势、打造新竞争优势、探索制度突破,使上海国际航运中心成为支撑新发展格局的重要载体。上海国际航运中心深化发展,应提升协同效能,强化对区域产业经济的保障和引领带动作用;提升服务能级,构建高效率、高品质、全方位的航运服务产业体系;提升数字、绿色新赛道动能,全面参与构建航运新秩序,打造上海国际航运中心升级版。The deepening development of Shanghai International Shipping Center is not only to respond to the changes of the times,serve the national strategy and promote trade growth,but also to consolidate the existing advantages of shipping center construction,create new competitive advantages and explore system breakthroughs,so that Shanghai International Shipping Center can become an important carrier to support the new development pattern.The deepening development of Shanghai International Shipping Center should enhance the synergistic efficiency,strengthen the guarantee and leading and driving role to the regional industry economy;enhance the service capability,build a high efficiency,high quality and all-round shipping service industrial system;enhance the digital and green new track dynamics,fully participate in building a new order of shipping,and create an upgraded version of Shanghai International Shipping Center.
