摘 要:微波功率传感器是测量微波功率的主要仪器,为保证测量结果准确一致,需要定期进行校准,将微波功率量值溯源到国家标准。为实现微波功率传感器的自动校准,研究设计了基于传递标准法的微波功率传感器自动校准系统,阐述了系统硬件组成、软件设计方法,实现了自动校准和校准因子及其扩展不确定度的自动计算,提高了工作效率和质量。Microwave power sensor is the primary instrument for measuring microwave power. To ensure the accuracy and consistency of the values, the power sensor needs to be calibrated periodically to trace to the national standards. In order to realize the automatic calibration of the power sensor, an automatic calibration system based on the transmission standard method was designed, the hardware composition and software design method of the system were described, and the automatic calibration and the automatic calculation of the calibration factor and its expanded uncertainty were realized.
