新时代民族语文工作一脉相承、与时俱进的政策导向

摘　　要：本文根据近期中央和地方政府民族语文工作的文件精神,结合民族地区语言的使用现状和发展趋势,认为我国民族地区将进一步提升国家通用语言文字推广普及的水平和质量,同时加强推广国家通用语言文字与既定民族语言政策是并行不悖的。我国民族地区语言文字因势利导的历史经验以及“实事求是、分类指导”的工作原则,在新时代民族地区语文工作中仍然是适用的,在推广普及国家通用语言文字,科学保护各民族语言文字,尊重、保障少数民族语言文字学习和使用的过程中,应当坚持一脉相承、与时俱进的政策导向。According to the guiding principles of the documents recently released by the central and regional governments on the work concerning spoken and written minority languages, and judging by the current situations as well as the development trends of language use in areas with concentrations of ethnic minorities, this paper believes that the level and the quality of the popularization of the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Language will be further promoted in these areas, and at the same time, reinforcing the popularization of the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Languages is compassable to the established policies on minority languages. The past experience of giving judicious guidance to languages of China according to regional circumstances and the general principles of “being practical and realistic” as well as “giving guidance according to different situations” will still be compatible in the work concerning spoken and written languages in the aforementioned areas in the new era. Consequently, the policy orientation that is derived from its origin and advancing with the times should be committed to.
