摘 要:对于车辆超限超载行为的检测,现阶段大多采用静态方式,即需被测车辆驶入地磅后停车才能进行称重,测定效率低。设计了一种车辆动态称重系统,主要由秤台、热变形释放机构、力传感器和基体组成,当汽车行驶通过动态称重系统时就可以得到车重,不需要停车检测。文章对动态称重系统进行了静动态性能分析,结果表明其静动态特性良好,并对动态称重系统进行了现场试验。试验结果证明,动态称重系统的称量误差在6%以内,称量精度较高。At present, static method is mostly adopted forthe detection of vehicle overloading behavior. In this way, the vehicle to be measured can be weighed only after parking into the weighbridge, which leads to inefficiency. A vehicle dynamic weighing system was designed, which is mainly composed of weighing platform, thermal deformation release mechanism, force sensor and matrix. When the vehicle passes through the dynamic weighing system, the weight can be obtained without need to stop.The static and dynamic performance of the dynamic weighing system is analyzed, and the results show that its static and dynamic characteristics are good.The dynamic weighing system has been tested in the field.The result shows that the weighing error of the dynamic weighing system is less than 6%, so the weighing accuracy is high.
