摘  要:布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)已成为世界上最流行的细菌性人兽共患病,在牲畜健康、生产和公共卫生方面造成了巨大的损失,极大地限制了流行国家特别是我国的经济发展、人类健康和社会进步。本文简要介绍了布病的病原学、流行病学、临床表现及诊断治疗技术和疫苗的研究现状,重点聚焦动物和人间布病综合防控措施的介绍,以期通过“One Health”理念应用于布病防控,构建医学、兽医学协调一致的布病疫苗免疫接种、检疫与净化和科普宣传教育为主的综合性防控机制,从动物无疫、环境生物安全和人类健康角度出发,积极推动多领域,多部门和多学科的合作,为从动物源头防控、阻断和消除布病传播提供新思路。Brucellosis has become the most common form of bacterial zoonosis globally,causing major losses in livestock health and production while negatively impacting public health.It has greatly limited economic development,human health and the social progress of countries in which it is endemic,especially China.This paper provided a brief summary of the etiology,epidemiology,clinical manifestations,diagnostic and treatment techniques,vaccine research of brucellosis,placing particular emphasis on the introduction of comprehensive prevention and control measures in both animals and humans. Accordingly,this study applied the concept of“One Health” on brucellosis prevention and control and constructed a complete prevention and control mechanism.This was performed by utilizing information pertaining to brucellosis vaccine immunization,quarantine and decontamination,and the popularization of science education coordinated by both human and veterinary medicine.In view of keeping animals epidemic-free,improving environmental biosafety and human health,and actively promoting multi-field,multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary cooperation,this study put forward novel ideas for the prevention and control of the spread of brucellosis from animal sources.
