摘　　要：目的 研究和探索不同月龄SPF级比格犬的血液生化指标的变化。方法 实验随机选取了身体健康、体质量适中的SPF级比格犬2、6和9月龄各12只,经前肢静脉采血10 mL,进行血液生化指标相关检测。结果 SPF级比格犬的血液无机盐的含量丰富,Na^(+)含量最多,波动不明显;血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)2、6和9月龄波动较大,但差异无统计学意义;总胆红素(TBIL)不同月龄没有较大的变动,含量变化平稳;血糖和血脂的含量不同月龄变化波动不大,相对平稳。结论 不同月龄SPF级比格犬的血液生化指标存在波动,本研究的测定结果将为后续SPF级比格犬的繁育和实验设计提供基础性资料。Objective To study and explore the changes of blood biochemical indexes in SPF dogs at different months of age.Method The experiment randomly selected healthy Beagles of different months of age,12 Beagles of 2,6 and 9 months of age,and collected 10 mL blood from forelimb vein.The blood biochemical indexes were detected.Result The content of inorganic salts in the blood of SPF Beagles was rich,and the content of Na ions was the most,and the fluctuation was not obvious.Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) fluctuated greatly from 2,6,9 months of age,but there was no significant difference.Total bilirubin(TBIL) content did not change significantly during the growth of SPF dogs,but remained stable.Although the content of blood glucose and blood lipid fluctuated little during the growth process,it was relatively stable.Conclusion The blood biochemical indices of SPF class Beagles at different months of age fluctuated,and the result of this study will provide basic information for the subsequent breeding and experimental design of SPF class Beagles.
