摘 要:结合船闸工程实例,针对闸室墙体高大、支模困难、混凝土难入仓的问题,进行了混凝土结构质量控制、模板支立、混凝土入仓方式的研究。采用墙体混凝土结构分层浇注、移动式架体模板支撑架支立模板、混凝土经转向管入仓等方法,在安全、可靠、快速施工的同时,提高混凝土结构工程质量、缩短工期、降低成本,提高工程效益。为高大混凝土墙体结构施工和质量控制提供参考。By investigating an actual ship lock project, this paper focuses on the quality control of concrete structures, formwork erection, and concrete warehousing methods to solve the problems of the high lock chamber wall, difficult formwork erection, and difficult concrete warehousing. By adopting the methods of layered pouring of concrete wall structures, formwork erection by a formwork support frame with a mobile frame body, and concrete warehousing through the bogie pipe, the paper improves the engineering quality of concrete structures, shortens the construction period, reduces the cost, and promotes the engineering benefit on the premise of safe, reliable, and rapid construction. This paper can provide a reference for the construction and quality control of high concrete wall structures.
