非洲中资涉农企业社会责任实践路径及其启示--以赞比亚中非棉业公司为例

摘　　要：本文以非洲中资涉农企业中非棉业为案例,从企业社会责任实践产生的制度根源和路径机制层面探究其与中国对非农业援助政策有机结合的可能性。本文发现,中非棉业在企业战略或企业利益最优化目标下,其企业社会责任实践呈现出制度遵循和随机适应的路径特征。其中,中非棉业履行企业社会责任展现出的随机适应特征,是其区别于西方跨国公司企业社会责任实践路径的重要方面。同时,该路径特征对促进农业技术在东道国传播、促进当地人员能力提升、承担国际援助项目并提高援助项目的有效性等方面成效明显,这对中国对非农业援助政策提供了积极启示。This paper took China-Africa cotton company, a Chinese-funded agricultural enterprise in Africa, as an example, and explored the possibility of organic integration with our country’s agricultural aid policy for Africa from the perspective of institutional origin and path mechanism of corporate social responsibility.This paper argued that under the goal of optimizing corporate strategy or corporate interests, the practice of corporate social responsibility in China-Africa cotton company presented the characteristics of institutional compliance and random adaptation.Among them, the random adaptation of the case company was an important aspect of its responsibility that was different from the practice path of western multinational corporation.The characteristics of this path had obvious effects in promoting the dissemination of agricultural technology in the host country, undertaking international aid projects and improving the effectiveness of aid projects, which provided positive inspiration for our agricultural aid policy in Africa.
