大直径盾构施工引起的软土竖向变形计算研究

摘  要:为探明大直径盾构施工引起的软土沉隆规律,基于集中力作用下半无限空间饱和土的初值解,分析考虑泥浆重度影响的盾构刀盘附加推力q、土体滑移及埋深影响的盾壳与土体摩擦力f、注浆层硬化及环向消散影响的盾尾注浆压力p和地层损失影响,得到软土地层大直径盾构施工引起土体竖向变形的计算公式并结合施工参数展开研究。结果表明:计算所得数值与实测数据吻合度高;q,f引起的上覆土体最大隆起值受深度影响小,p引起的土体最大隆起值随着深度增加急剧增加;q,f,p对上覆土体沉隆的影响范围呈碗状,影响范围的跨度和对深度的敏感度从大到小依次为f,q,p。结果验证了本文方法预测大直径盾构施工引起的软土沉隆是可靠的。In order to study the law of soft soil settlement caused by large-diameter shield construction,based on the initial value solution of the saturated soil in semi-infinite space under concentrated force,the additional thrust q of the shield cutter head considering the heavy influence of mud,the friction f between the shield shell and the soil due to soil slip,the buried depth,the grouting pressure p at the tail of the shield considering the effects of the hardening of the grouting layer and the circumferential dissipation,and the influence of the formation loss were analyzed. The calculation formula of the soil settlement caused by the large-diameter shield construction in the soft soil layer and was combined with the construction param-eters to carry out research. The results showed that the calculated ground settlement was in good agreement with the measured data;The maximum uplift value of the shield at different depths caused by q and f was less affected by the depth,and the maximum uplift value of the soil caused by p increased sharply with the depth;The influence range of q,f,p on the overlying soil heave was bowl-shaped,and the range of influence and the sensitivity to depth from large to small were f,q,p. The results verify that the formula in this paper was reliable for predicting the settlement of soft soil caused by large diameter shield construction.
