摘 要:为了探究添加剂配方对球团矿性能的影响,本文用秘鲁精矿分别与不同比例的粘结剂和膨润土组成的添加剂来制备球团矿。测定精矿成球性指数、生球落下及抗压强度、生球含水量、成品球抗压强度,分析球团矿相及还原性能,分析用粘结剂取代部分膨润土是否可行,最后确定最优的添加剂配方。结果表明:0.5%的粘结剂和1.5%的膨润土组成添加剂时,生球落下强度最高为6.0次/(0.5m),成品球抗压强度最高为3043.8N/P,球团矿还原度最高为79.50%。该添加剂配方可以显著提高成品球抗压强度和球团矿还原度,并可以用0.5%的粘结剂代替部分膨润土,减少膨润土用量,提高球团矿含铁品位、改善冶金性能。In order to explore the effect of additive formula on pellet performance,in this paper,pellets were prepared from Peruvian concentrates with additives composed of different proportions of binder and bentonite.The pelletization index,green ball drop and compressive strength,water content ofgreen ball and compressive strength of finished ball were determined,and the pellet phase and reduction performance were analyzed,The feasibility of replacing part of bentonite with binder was analyzed,finally determine the optimal additive formulation.The results showed that 0.5%binder and 1.5% bentonite were used as additives,the highest drop intensity ofg reen ball is 6.0 times/(0.5 m),the maximum compressive strength of ripe balls is 3043.8 N/P,the reduction degree of pellet is 79.50%.The additive formulation can significantly improve the compressive strength of ripe pellets and the reduction degree ofpellets,an equal amount of bentonite can be replaced with 0.5% binder,reduce bentonite usage,to improve the iron grade ofpellet ore,the purpose of improving its metallurgical properties.
