剩余污泥回流至水解池对污泥减量效果及其机理的研究

摘  要:目前我国对于城市污水的处理已经有了一定的进展和成效,但是仍存在一个亟待解决的问题,就是污水处理产生的剩余污泥量大且后续处理难度很大。针对这一问题本文提出利用水解酸化-微孔曝气氧化沟组合工艺对城市污水进行处理,拟解决剩余污泥这一大难题。研究以南方某大型污水处理厂进水为研究对象,提出在原有水解反硝化的基础上将剩余污泥回流到水解池中,通过对比实验,探求污水处理中污泥减量的效果,有利于剩余污泥减量的工艺参数。实验结果表明,回流前污泥表观产率为0.306gMLSS/gCOD,回流之后为0.186gMLSS/gCOD,污泥回流工况较无回流工况可实现39%的污泥减量率。同时,污泥回流后颗粒污泥得到了生长,质量和体积都有所增加;颜色由回流前的黑色变为灰棕色;颗粒污泥的平均粒径也比回流之前要小;MLVSS/MLSS的值明显变大,回流之后污泥活性变大。At present,some progress and achievements have been made in urban sewage treatment in our country,but there are still some awkward issues to be solved.It is great amount of sludge is produced during the wastewater treatment and its subsequent processing is very difficult.According to the above,this article has presented using hydrolysis acidification-Micropore Aeration oxidation ditch process on the urban wastewater as an approach to solve this big problem.By researching the inflow of sewage waste water treatment plant,we returned the excess activated sludge drained from the sediment pool to the hydrolysis-acidification pool on the basis of the original process.Through comparative experiment,the removal efficiency of pollutants in urban sewage and the effect of excess sludge reduction were examined.It was found that the sludge yield coefficient of is0.306gMLSS/g COD and 0.186 gMLSS/g COD separately.Comparison found that the hydrolysis and denitrification systems compared to 39% of water to achieve the effect ofs ludge reduction in sludge parameters.At the same time,the results indicated that after the returning granular sludge got growth and it increased in quality and volume;the brown color turns to ashes;the average particle size is smaller than before;The value ofMLVSS/MLSS is significantly increased in the backflow process and the sludge activity also increased.
