摘　　要：目的探讨抗击新型冠状病毒疫情一线护理人员的心理一致感、工作投入状况,并分析二者的相关性。方法对河南省参与援助上海、安阳疫情一线的151名护理人员采用一般资料调查表、心理一致感量表和工作投入量表进行调查分析。结果抗击新型冠状病毒疫情一线护理人员心理一致感量表总分为(55.19±6.58)分,条目均分为(4.24±0.50)分,各维度及条目均分从高至低依次为可控制感、可理解感、意义感;工作投入量表总分为(47.47±7.69)分,条目均分为(5.27±0.85)分,各维度均分从高至低依次为活力、专注、奉献。Pearson相关性分析显示,疫情一线护理人员心理一致感量表总分与工作投入量表总分呈显著正相关(r=0.253,P<0.01)。结论抗疫一线护理人员的心理一致感和工作投入水平有待提升,心理一致感与工作投入密切相关。Objective To investigate the current situation and the correlation between the sense of coherence and work engagement among nursing staff on the front line of the fight against COVID-19.Methods The general information questionnaire,sense of coherence scale(SOC-13)and Utrecht work engagement scale-9(UWES-9)were used to investigate 151 nursing staff in Henan province who participated in assisting the front-line of the epidemic in Shanghai and Anyang.Results The total score of SOC-13 among front-line nurses fighting against COVID-19 was(55.19±6.58)points,and the average score for all items was(4.24±0.50)points.The average score of each dimension item from high to low was sense of control,sense of understandability and sense of meaning.The total score of UWES-9 was(47.47±7.69)points,and the average score of all items was(5.27±0.85)points.The average score of each dimension item from high to low was vitality,focus and dedication.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of SOC-13 was significantly positively correlated with the total score of UWES-9(r=0.253,P<0.01).Conclusions The sense of coherence and work engagement level of front-line nurses fighting against COVID-19 remains to be further promoted,and the sense of coherence is closely related to work engagement.
