摘 要:以亲水气相SiO_(2)、正硅酸乙酯、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、二苯基二乙氧基硅烷、1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(PFDS)为原料,经化学计量水解合成有机-无机杂化硅溶胶,并与改性气凝胶复配制得室温自干型超疏水有机硅涂料。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱、原子力显微镜、场发射扫描电镜和接触角测量仪,对其结构及表面形貌进行表征。重点考察了硅烷水解度、R/Si物质的量比、甲基与苯基物质的量比、亲水气相SiO_(2)与硅烷质量比、PFDS和改性气凝胶用量对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:硅烷水解度70%,R/Si物质的量比1.2∶1,甲基与苯基物质的量比8∶1,亲水气相SiO_(2)占硅烷质量分数3%,PFDS占硅烷摩尔分数5%,杂化硅溶胶和改性气凝胶的质量比6∶1时,涂层的静态水接触角为161.2°,滚动角可达3°,铅笔硬度为HB,附着力为1级,经50次砂纸打磨循环后,水接触角仍大于150°。An organic-inorganic hybrid silica sol was synthesized by stoichiometric hydrolysis method with hydrophilic fumed SiO_(2),tetraethoxysilane,dimethyldiethoxysilane,diphenyldiethoxysilane and 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl triethoxysilane(PFDS)as raw materials,which was further combined with modified aerogel to form air-dryable superhydrophobic silica coatings. The surface morphologies and properties of such coatings were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,atomic force microscope,scanning electron microscope and contact angle meter. The effects of the silane hydrolysis degree,molar ratio of R/Si,molar ratio of methyl to phenyl group,mass ratio of hydrophilic fumed SiO_(2)to total silane,dosage of 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl triethoxysilane and modified aerogel on the coating properties were examined. The results showed that:The coatings hardness was HB,adhesion grade was class 1,static water contact angle was 161. 2°and sliding angle was 3° when the coatings were prepared at a saline hydrolysis degree at 70%,molar ratio of R/Si at 1. 2∶1,molar ratio of methyl to phenyl group at 8∶1,mass fraction of hydrophilic fumed SiO_(2)to total silane at 3%,molar ratio of 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl triethoxysilane to total silane at 5%,mass ratio of hybrid silica sol to modified aerogel at 6∶1.The water contact angle of treated composite coatings still could be above 150° after 50 times abrasion cycles.
