摘　　要：随着全国老龄化的大趋势,老年艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者的人数也呈逐年增加,而由于其疾病特殊性以及老年人素体本虚,元气不足,患抑郁症的风险也较大。而文章从脾土不生君火不长论述老年HIV/AIDS并发抑郁症发病的中医病因病机,根据既有的中医药和非药物手段对老年抑郁症的临床疗效的分析,探讨老年HIV/AIDS并发抑郁症中医诊疗的可行性分析。With the general trend of national aging, the number of elderly HIV/AIDS patients is also increasing year by year. Due to the particularity of the disease and the deficiency of the elderly, the risk of depression is also large. This paper discusses the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of senile HIV/AIDS complicated with depression from the point that the spleen and soil do not produce monarch fire, and discusses the feasibility of TCM diagnosis and treatment of senile HIV/AIDS complicated with depression according to the analysis of the clinical efficacy of existing traditional Chinese medicine and non drug means.
