摘 要:采用碱溶中和法提高马来酰肼(MH)溶液试样中肼的浓度,分别采用对二甲氨基苯甲醛(DAB)和茚三酮测定MH中的痕量肼。结果表明,DAB的乙醇溶液和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶液作为显色剂时,在痕量肼浓度范围内具有良好线性关系,前者在0~0.1mg/L肼浓度范围内,线性方程为y=0.9733x-0.0018,线性相关系数(R^(2))为0.9987;后者在0~0.05 mg/L肼浓度范围内,线性方程为y=1.4672x-0.0016, R^(2)为0.9982;茚三酮作显色剂时仅在较高肼浓度范围2.4~12 mg/L时呈线性关系,线性方程为y=0.0067x-0.003, R^(2)=0.9899。加入乙醇有利于相关试剂和生成物溶解,而且比加入DMSO耐光照。The concentration of hydrazine in maleyl hydrazine(MH) solution was increased by alkaline solution neutralization method, and then the trace hydrazine in MH was determined with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde(DAB) and ninhydrin, respectively.As the results showed, when DAB ethanol solution and dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) solution were used as chromogenic agents, there were good linear relationships in the concentration ranges of trace hydrazine. The linear equation of the former was y=0.9733x-0.0018 in the concentration range of 0-0.1 mg/L hydrazine, and the linear correlation coefficient(R^(2)) was 0.9987. For the latter, the linear equation was y=1.4672x-0.0016 in the range of 0-0.05 mg/L with R^(2) of 0.9982. However, when ninhydrin was used as chromogenic agent, it only showed a linear relationship in the range of higher hydrazine concentration.The linear equation was y=0.0067x-0.003 in the range of 2.4-12 mg/L with R^(2) of 0.9899. The addition of ethanol was conducive to the dissolution of relevant reagents and products, and was more resistant to light radiation than the addition of DMSO.
