摘　　要：心房顿抑是心房颤动转复为窦性心律后出现的左心房和左心耳暂时性的机械功能障碍,是复律后血栓形成及栓塞事件的重要基础,严重影响了复律效果。心房顿抑的确切机制、预测因素、预防及治疗已成为国内外研究的热点,目前尚无明确结论。本文就其研究进展进行综述。Atrial stunning is a temporary mechanical dysfunction of the left atrium and left atrial appendage after the conversion of atrial fibrillation to sinus rhythm.It is an important basis of thrombosis and embolism post-cardioversion,which seriously affects the effect of cardioversion.The exact mechanism,predictive factors,prevention and treatment of atrial stunning become the hot spot of research in domestic and abroad.But there is no clear conclusion yet.This paper reviews its research progress.
