摘  要:构建以头部形状聚类模型库为数据基础的骑行防护头盔参数化定制设计方法,在满足用户佩戴头盔舒适性的基础上,提升该产品的定制设计效率。通过三维扫描仪采集获取346位样本头部三维点云数据,在确保重建误差的基础上将其均重建成由相同性质和数量型值点构成的NURBS曲面。以各样本头部曲面型值点为数据基础,采用层级聚类算法将头部形态聚类为4组,以构建针对头盔内衬定制设计的头部形态模型库。依据Grasshopper软件编写一套头盔各模块参数化建模程序,设计人员通过修改程序输入端的参数即可实现头盔模型的快速定制设计。建模速度测试结果表明参数化建模程序具备较高的效率。A parametric customized design method for protective cycling helmet was constrcuted based on head shape culsutering model.The customized design efficiency of this product was promoted on the basis of user wearing comfort.The 3D point cloud data of 346 heads was acquired using 3D scanner.On the basis of allowance reconstructed error,the point cloud data were all reconstructed into NURBS surfeces with the same properties and the same number of points.The head shapes of all smaples were clustered into 4 clusters according to the hierarchical clustering algorithm to construct head shape database for helmet design.Grasshopper software was used to write a set of parametric modeling program for each module of the helmet.Designers could quickly customize helmet models for different users through parameter modification of the program input.Modeling speed test showed that the parametric modeling program was efficient.
