摘 要:在日趋激烈的市场竞争与供给侧改革背景下,带钢热轧过程提质增效成为钢铁工业高质量发展的一项重要内容。由于带钢热轧过程具有生产工序众多、层级协作关联、工况复杂多变等特性,传统的建模与诊断方法很难实现高效的质量管控,使其全流程质量建模与异常溯源技术日益受到关注。围绕带钢热轧全流程质量管控需求,综述了质量建模与异常溯源技术的基本思想、各自特点和区别联系,分类概述了相关方法的研究现状,展望了待解决的科学问题及重点的发展方向。Under the background of increasingly spirited market competition and supply-side reform,the improving quality and performance of hot strip rolling processes become an important part of high-quality development of iron and steel industry.Due to numerous production processes,hierarchical collaboration association as well as complex and volatile operating conditions,it′s generally difficult to realize quality control effectively based on traditional modeling and diagnosis methods.As a result,quality modeling and abnormal traceability methods for the whole processes as alternatives become more and more popular.Focusing on the quality control requirements of the whole hot strip rolling processes,the basic ideas,relations and difference were illustrated.Meanwhile,research status of the associated methods was summarized,and the scientific problems to be solved and the development directions were also prospected.
