摘 要:板带热连轧的非稳态过程具有难以用机理模型准确描述、弹塑性变形耦合、轧制工艺约束复杂等特征,如何提高产品稳定性和质量是热连轧控制水平进一步提升的关键和亟待解决的问题。以数据为中心,以工业互联网为载体,以试验工具、数字数据、计算工具为支撑,将数据驱动模型与机理模型深度融合,建立热连轧过程动态数字孪生模型,通过工序间动态协调优化,形成热连轧过程信息物理系统(cyber-physical systems,CPS),提高轧制工艺对复杂工况的原位分析能力,改善其质量指标。建立上游工序干扰下的热轧机组运行参数协调优化策略和过程动态调整运行机制,对运行参数进行多层次多目标协同优化设计,实现基于工艺窄窗口条件下的轧制过程容错运行控制。动态实时逆向调整各机架压下分配、张力制度、润滑状态、温度制度等,并在各因素运行指标允许范围内提高热连轧非稳态过程产品质量和性能。上述建模方法可为热连轧非稳态过程的生产稳定性提高和质量精度改善提供新思路,实现产品质量和生产效率的提升,这将成为重要的发展趋势。The unsteady process of hot strip rolling is difficult to be accurately described by mechanism model,coupled with elastoplastic deformation and complicated rolling process constraints.How to improve product stability and quality is the key and urgent problem to be solved to further improve the control level of hot strip rolling.Taking data as the center,industrial Internet as the carrier,experimental tools,digital data and computing tools as the application support,the dynamic digital twin model of hot strip rolling process was established by deep integration of data-driven model and mechanism model.Then CPS system was formed by dynamic coordination and optimization between processes to improve the in-situ analysis ability of rolling process to complex conditions and improve its quality index.The coordinated optimization strategy and dynamic process adjustment mechanism of hot rolling mill operation parameters under the interference of upstream process were established,and multi-level and multi-objective collaborative optimization design of operation parameters were carried out to achieve fault-tolerant operation control of rolling process based on narrow process window.In order to improve the quality and performance of the products in the unsteady process of hot strip rolling within the allowable range of operation indicators of various factors,it can inversely adjust the pressure distribution,tension system,lubrication state and temperature system of each stand dynamically and in real time.The above modeling method can provide a new idea for improving the production stability and quality accuracy of the unsteady process of hot strip rolling,and realize the improvement of product quality and production efficiency,which will become an important development trend.
