摘 要:作为昆明市饮用水源地之一,云龙水库为满足昆明市的用水需求截蓄了大量径流来水,导致下游河道的生态用水难以得到满足,水文情势发生严重改变。探究在保障水库原有任务实现的情况下,如何通过水库调度降低其对下游河道原有水文情势的影响,减弱对生态环境的破坏。首先对RVA法进行改进,建立了基于改进RVA法的多目标生态调度模型;再使用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对模型求解,得到保障经济效益、社会用水需求和水文情势改变度最低的一组方案集,并使用Tennant法对推荐方案进行生态流量优度评价。结果表明,通过生态调度,各水库下泄流量基本满足生态基本用水需求,验证了模型的合理性。最后,针对水库现状提出了改善云龙水库供水与提高生态用水补偿能力的建议。Yunlong reservoir basin is one of the drinking water sources in Kunming City.In order to meet the water demand of Kunming City,Yunlong Reservoir intercepts a large number of runoff water,resulting in that the ecological water of the downstream river is difficult to meet,and the hydrological situation has changed seriously.This paper explored the way to reduce the impact of the reservoir on the original hydrological situation of the downstream river and weaken the damage to the ecological environment through reservoir operation under the condition of ensuring the original task of the reservoir.In this paper,the RVA method was improved,and a multi-objective ecological scheduling model based on the improved RVA method was established.The NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was used to optimize the model,and a set of schemes with the lowest degree of change in economic benefit,social water demand and hydrological situation were obtained.The Tennant method was used to evaluate the ecological flow superiority of the recommended scheme.The results show that the discharge of each reservoir basically could meet the basic ecological water demand through ecological scheduling,which verifies the rationality of the model.Finally,in view of the current situation of the reservoir,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the water supply of Yunlong Reservoir and improving the compensation ability of ecological water.
