摘　　要：针对大宗散货港口智能化生产管控存在的系统管理、堆场管理和中控调度问题,基于数学模型和计算机算法的规划与调度工具,通过详细梳理散货港口实际生产作业流程,分析需要解决的关键问题,探讨运筹优化理论在解决相关问题上的可行性,给出生产管控系统优化措施,对于大宗散货港口的智能化管理改善具有参考价值。Aiming at the problems of system management,yard management and central control scheduling in the intelligent production control of bulk cargo terminal,the planning and scheduling tools based on mathematical models and computer algorithms,through combing the actual production process of bulk cargo terminal in detail,the key problems to be solved are analyzed,the feasibility of operation optimization theory in solving relevant problemsis discussed,the optimization measures of production control system are given.It has reference value for improving the intelligent management of bulk cargo terminal.
