摘　　要：在人口老龄化背景下,在健康中国视域下,如何实现“积极老龄化”和“健康老龄化”是亟待解决的问题。在相关研究的基础上,对健康中国视域下体育+医疗+养老融合发展的实然困境和应然路径进行研究。研究认为:体育、医疗、养老融合发展的实然困境表现在观念认识、体制机制、利益冲突、保障体系四个层面,并针对实然困境提出了健康中国视域下体育+医疗+养老融合发展四方面的应然路径。旨在促进体育、医疗、养老的融合发展,提高老年人的生命质量。In the context of population aging,how to achieve“active aging”and“healthy aging”in the perspective of healthy China is an urgent problem to be solved.On the basis of relevant research,studies the actual dilemma and the necessary path of the integrated development of sports+medical+elderly care in the perspective of Healthy China.The research holds that the actual dilemma of the integrated development of sports,medical care and elderly care is manifested in four aspects:concept and understanding,system and mechanism,conflict of interest and security system.In view of the actual dilemma,puts forward four ways of the integrated development of sports,medical care and elderly care in the perspective of Healthy China.It aims to promote the integrated development of sports,medical care and old-age care,and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
