摘  要:针对山西某电厂350 MW超临界CFB供热机组汽动给水泵在夏季高温下给水不稳定现象,从数据层面分析了其不稳定的主要原因。分析了影响小汽轮机正常工作汽源的相关因素,并在HV阀门(高压调节阀)开启前后时刻对这些因素进行了采集,通过等功率比较分析得出,HV阀门开启前后影响因素中变化较大的为背压,并对此设计了一套用来降低背压的间冷塔喷水减温系统。该喷水降减温系统能在33℃的环境温度下降低背压4 kPa左右,有效提高了汽动给水泵的给水稳定性,为相关工程问题的解决提供参考。In view of the phenomenon that the steam feed pump of 350 MW supercritical CFB heat supply unit in a power plant in Shanxi Province is instability under high temperature in summer,the main reasons for its instability from the date level are analyzed.Relevant factors of affecting the normal working steam source of small steam turbine are analyzed,and the data of these factors is collected before and after the HV valve(high-pressure regulating valve)is opened.Then the back pressure change greatly among these relevant factors through equal power comparison and analysis,so a water spraying temperature reduction system of intercooling tower for reducing the back pressure is designed.The water spraying temperature reduction system can reduce the back pressure about 4 kPa under the high temperature environment of 33℃and can effectively improve the stability of the steam feed,and it provides a reference of solving related engineering problems.
