摘  要:某660 MW锅炉外置床高温再热器投运后存在左右侧汽温偏差、管屏间温度偏差大、同屏管汽温偏差等问题。为此,介绍了该高温再热器的结构和运行参数;根据实际运行情况,统计分析了额定负荷工况下,该高温再热器管屏和吊挂管的壁温、热偏差系数的分布情况。分析结果表明,受热面材质选择合理,未出现管壁超温现象,但存在管屏间温差大,靠近两侧壁处灰流化不良,管内蒸汽流量偏差等问题。总结分析了该高温再热器的运行情况,并提出了运行和结构方面的改进措施,可为同型锅炉外置床高温再热器的设计优化和性能提升提供参考和支持。After the high temperature reheater in external bed exchange of a 660 MW boiler is put into operation, there are problems such as steam temperature deviation on the left and right sides, large temperature deviation between tube panels, steam temperature deviation in the same tube panel. Therefore, the structure and operation parameters of the high temperature reheater are introduced. According to the actual operation, the distribution of wall temperature and thermal deviation coefficient of the tube panel and hanging tube of the high temperature reheater under the rated load operation condition is statistically analyzed. The analysis results show that, the material selection of the heating surface is reasonable, and there is no tube wall overtemperature phenomenon, but there are problems such as large temperature difference between tube panels, poor ash fluidization near both sides of the wall, and deviation of steam flow in the tube. The operation of the high temperature reheater is summarized and analyzed, and the improvement measures in operation and structure are proposed. It provides reference and support for the design optimization and performance improvement for reheater in the external bed exchange in the same type boiler.
