摘 要:皮革的薄型化是一种发展趋势,薄型化皮革的伸长率与抗张强度是服饰用皮革的重要性能。本文主要研究WPU涂层改性对不同厚度牛革的伸长率和抗张强度的影响。选取同一张牛革,分别从横纵向上切割成不同厚度,并使用不同质量分数的SiO2对WPU进行改性,进一步对WPU涂层改性后的不同厚度牛革进行拉伸对比。结果发现:随着SiO2质量分数增加,牛革伸长率增加,纵向伸长率始终大于横向伸长率;横纵向之间抗张强度差异较大,随着SiO2质量分数增加,牛革抗张强度先增大后减小;SiO2改性的WPU涂层牛革,在一定程度上提高了牛革的抗张强度,牛革的伸长率与抗张强度之间呈负相关,无明显线性关系。Thinning of leather is a development trend,and the elongation and tensile strength of thinned leather are important wear properties of leather for apparel.This paper mainly studied the effect of WPU coating modification on the elongation and tensile strength of cow leather with different thicknesses.The same cow leather was selected and cut into different thicknesses from the horizontal and vertical directions,and WPU was modified with different mass fractions of SiO2,and the tensile comparison of the modified cow leather with different thicknesses by WPU coating was further carried out.The results show that with the increase of SiO2mass fraction,the elongation of cattle leather increases,and the longitudinal elongation is always greater than the transverse elongation;the difference in tensile strength between the transverse and longitudinal directions is large.After increasing,it decreases.The tensile strength of the SiO2modified WPU coated cow leather is improved to a certain extent,and there is a negative correlation between the elongation and the tensile strength of the cow leather,but there is no obvious linear relationship.
