摘 要:白墨数码烫画印花工艺适合现代社会小批量、个性化的需求,在织物上已有应用。本文通过探索此印花方式在黄牛革、猪革和PU涂层革上的印花效果,考察印花前后的色牢度、手感和尺寸变化情况,并与针织面料白墨数码烫画印花对比颜色显色效果。结果表明,白墨数码烫画印花技术在皮革上的印花具有可行性,色牢度优良,印花前后皮革的尺寸变化小,真皮的手感会稍微变硬,而PU涂层革的手感几乎没有变化。3种皮革上的颜色现色效果与针织面料印花一致,色差小,具备生产可行性,且在小单生产中具有一定的成本优势。The white ink digital hot stamping printing process is suitable for the small batch and personalized needs of modern society,and it has been applied on fabrics.In this paper,the printing effects of this new printing method on cattle hide,pig leather and PU coated leather were explored to investigate the color fastness,handfeel and size changes before and after printing,the color difference between these printed leathers and knitted fabric was also tested.The results show that the white ink digital hot stamping technology is feasible for printing on leather with excellent color fastness.The size of the leather before and after printing changed only a little,and the handfeel of the leather was slightly hardened,while the handfeel of PU coating leather was almost unchanged.There was slight color difference between the printed leathers and printed knited fabric.This new printing metehod is fesible and with lower cost on small batch production.
