摘  要:为了提高工业锅炉的工作效率,将管式空气预热器作为主要研究对象,对管式空气预热器产生振动的原因进行分析。最常见的振动方式为卡门涡流频率与管式空气预热器管箱气室声学驻波频率之间产生耦合引发的共振。若振动现象较为严重,可直接引起工业锅炉内部设备的损坏。采用安装防振隔板减少气室宽度方式对振动进行消除,有利于降低振动与噪声的产生。为实现防振隔板安装难度的降低,可将防振隔板安装在管式空气预热器的管箱之间。In order to improve the efficiency of industrial boilers, the tubular air preheater is taken as the main research object, and the reasons for the vibration of tubular air preheater are analyzed. The most common vibration mode is the resonance caused by coupling between the frequency of Karman vortex and the acoustic standing wave frequency of the tube box air chamber of tubular air preheater. If the vibration phenomenon is more serious, it can directly cause the damage of the equipment inside the industrial boiler. The vibration is eliminated by installing anti-vibration baffle and the width of air chamber is reduced, which is beneficial to reduce the frequency of vibration and noise. In order to reduce the installation difficulty of the vibration baffle, the vibration baffle is installed between the tube boxes of the tubular air preheater.
