摘　　要：文章对上海城市更新中历史建筑保护存在的问题进行分析,结合《上海市城市更新条例》中关于加强历史建筑保护的要求,提出在城市更新实施细则中,进一步细化对历史建筑的保护,通过创新历史风貌片区成片统筹模式、探索历史建筑成套改造与历史建筑肌理保护相结合的模式、确立“保留历史建筑和一般历史建筑”的更新方式、制定历史建筑保护的技术标准、建立上海历史建筑大数据平台、成立上海建筑遗产资产管理中心、建立新型历史建筑的社会公众参与机制等方式,更好地延续历史文脉、坚定文化自信,推动上海城市的高质量发展。This paper takes an analysis into the problems existing in the preservation of historical buildings involved in the process of Shanghai’s urban renewal.Given the requirements set in Shanghai Urban Renewal Regulations for the strengthening of historical building preservation,this paper recommends that in the practice rules for urban renewal,the work of historical building preservation shall be more specific and,via the innovation of overall planning mode for historical landscape areas,and the connection between the overall remodeling of historical buildings and the protection of historical building textures,the renewal mode shall be established as“preserved historical buildings and ordinary historical buildings”,and the technical standards to be made for preserving historical buildings,the big data platform to be founded for Shanghai historical buildings,the architectural heritage asset management center to be initiated at Shanghai,and the new public participation mechanism to be formulated for historical buildings preservation.Therefore,the realization of these recommendations will lengthen the historical and cultural inheritance,solidify the cultural self-confidence,and promote the high-quality development of the whole city of Shanghai.
