摘  要:升降支撑平台属于整车热平衡试验台的一部分。其主要功能是在进行整车热平衡试验时,将测功机通过万向轴连接到整车变速箱后端,并有效可靠地保证整车热平衡试验的顺利完成。首先,利用UG三维造型软件绘制出测功机的各个零件图,如摆角板、摆角调节动块、摆角调节固定块、摆角推杆、摆角轴和锁紧机构动块等;然后,再依次将各个零件进行装配,获得测功机升降平台的装配图;最后,根据绘制的三维立体图,将设计投入到实际生产中,最终获得测功机升降台的实物。The lifting support platform is a part o f the vehicle heat balance test bed.Its main function is to connect the dynamometer to the back end of the vehicle transmission through the cardan shaft during the vehicle heat balance test,and effectively and reliably ensure the successful completion of the vehicle heat balance test.Firstly,the UG 3D modeling software is used to draw the parts of the dynamometer,such as swing plate,swing adjustment block,swing adjustment fixed block,swing push rod,swing shaft and locking mechanism moving block.Then,each part is assembled in turn,and the assembly drawing of dynamometer lifting platform is obtained.Finally,according to the three-dimensional drawing,the design is put into the actual production,and finally the real dynamometer lifting platform is obtained.
