摘  要:基于物联网云平台的应用,采用电热转换技术、智能控温技术和无线互联技术,研究开发了热熔断体智能高效检测仪。首先,对仪器的设计、制造、检测方案和研究过程进行了详细的介绍;然后,对仪器测量结果不确定度进行了评定;最后,对检测方法、检测数据提供第三方验证,为检测仪在行业中的推广应用的准确性、安全性提供了科学依据。项目研究成果提高了热熔断体检测的准确率、检测精度和检测效率,降低了检测工作人员的劳动强度,提供了不合格品的高精度的参数,有利于对热熔断体质量问题进行分析及改进。Based on the application of the cloud platform of the Internet of things,the electricheat conversion technology,the intelligent temperature control technology and the wireless interconnection technology are adopted to research and develop the intelligent and high-efficiency detector for the thermal-links.Firstly,the design,manufacture,testing scheme and research process of the instrument are introduced in detail.Then,the uncertainty of the instrument measurement results is evaluated.Finally,the third party verification of the testing method and data is provided,it provides the scientific basis of accuracy and safety for the popularization and application of the detector in the industry.The research results of the project improves the accuracy,precision and efficiency for thermal-links detection,reduces the labor intensity of the detection workers and provides high-precision parameters of nonconforming products,it is helpful to analyze and improve the quality of thermal-links.
