鹤壁小李庄及砂锅古窑址钧瓷釉组成与呈色特征研究

摘  要:采用能量色散X荧光光谱仪与分光测色仪对鹤壁小李庄与砂锅古窑址采集的元代钧瓷釉片化学组成与呈色特征进行分析。结果表明:两处古窑址样品的化学组成点分布均较散,组成之间无明显界限。小李庄古窑址样品硅铝摩尔比平均值为11.98;砂锅古窑址样品硅铝摩尔比分为两个区域,平均值分别为12.23与13.71,前者氧化铝摩尔数较低,处于硅铝性状图中分相区域,易出现分相结构,后者处于光泽区域。小李庄古窑址样品碱金属氧化物含量比较集中(4.2%-4.6%),CaO含量变化较大(4.6%-9.5%);而砂锅古窑址样品碱金属氧化物分为贫钾钠区域与富钾钠区域,平均值分别为3.3%与5.00%,CaO含量变化与小李庄古窑址样品类似。两处古窑址样品釉中采用了不同类型的草木灰。两处古窑址样品的a*值都为负,b*值有正有负,色坐标基本重合,主波长为490 nm,釉面多呈现青蓝色调。Chemical composition and colorimetric characterisitics of Jun glazes of Yuan dynasty from Hebi Xiao Lizhuang kiln and Sha Guo kiln were analyzed by EDXRF and Colorimeter in the study. The results show that the chemical composition points of the samples from the two ancient kilns are scattered with no obvious boundary. The average molar ratio of SiO2 and Al2O3 in the glazes from Xiao Lizhuang kiln is 11.98 with glossy surface;while the molar ratio of SiO2 and Al2O3 in the glazes from Sha Guo kiln is divided into two regions with an average of 12.23 and 13.71, respectively. The former has a lower alumina percentage which makes the samples locate in the separation region in the SiO2 and Al2O3 properties diagram. This can generate phase separation structure in the glazes. While the latter is in the luster region in the SiO2 and Al2O3 properties diagram. The contents of alkali metal oxides in samples from Xiao Lizhuang kiln are relatively concentrated(4.2%-4.6%), while the contents of CaO vary(4.6%-9.5%). The contents of alkali metal oxides in the Sha Guo kiln are divided into the potassium-sodium poor area and the potassium-sodium rich area with an average value of 3.3% and 5.00%, respectively. The change of CaO content was similar to that in the samples from Xiao Lizhuang kiln. Different types of plant ash are used in the glazes. The a* values of the samples from two ancient kiln are both negative numbers, and the b* values contains positive and negative numbers. The color coordinates basically coincide with each other with the main wavelength 490 nm and the glaze surface appears bluish blue.
