摘　　要：通过阐述国内航行海船生活污水的排放要求,结合两种典型生活污水处理系统的工作原理分析,以耐热大肠杆菌作为船舶生活污水中代表性的污染物指标,指出污染物排放控制中存在菌群数量增加、排放标准不明、监控位置不当等问题,提出完善生活污水处理系统、科学合理修订标准、提高环保意识及加强海事监管服务等对策。Based on a review of the requirements on the discharge of sewage from seagoing ships engaged in domestic voyages and the study of the work principles of two typical sewage treatment systems, the paper takes the heat-resistant escherichia coli as the typical pollutant index in ship’ s domestic sewage, identifies the problems of microflora number increase, inexplicit discharge standard, and improper monitoring position in the control of pollutant discharge, and puts forward countermeasures including improving sewage treatment systems, amending relevant standards from a scientific and reasonable approach, enhancing the awareness in environmental protection and strengthening maritime supervision and service.
